Doom Blade is a relic item in UnderMine. It costs 2 Minor Curses and 2 Major Curses at Sho'guul's lair.

It increases swing damage depending on the number of Curses the Peasant has: each minor Curse adds 4 points of damage while each major Curse adds 8 points of damage. The Blade registers each rank of a minor Curse separately; for example, a rank 3 Joint Pain counts as 3 curses.

• Witch's Brew Can give up to +84 damage from curses
• Devotion and Sylph (level 2) give the player more altar uses allowing the player to get more minor curses from one Altar
• Holy Guacamole spawns more altars allowing for the player to get more minor curses
• Tariffs increases curse cost at Sho'guul's lair and Altar allowing the player to get more curses
• Accursed lets the player quickly rack up major curses to quickly increase damage
• Chaos Spawn and Unsealed Urn can both be used to give the player minor curses

Notes

• While gaining it is incredibly risky, with good play, and some luck, the amount of damage gain becomes immense, making it a high-risk-high-reward item.
• It is extraordinarily more useful when used on Siegfried's Aegis runs, as you are guaranteed to gain more damage every floor, which makes later floors less risky to clear.
• When used with the Suneater, the levels of damage can reach extreme levels, with the bit limit of 2.14 billion being possible with enough luck with a combined Potion Loop and luck
