Guidance is a unique throw relic in UnderMine.
Causes the thrown pickaxe to ricochet between enemies.
The pickaxe attempts to hit 4 enemies in total, or 3 ricochets if not counting the first enemy hit. However if there aren't any suitable targets within range to ricochet to it can hit less than 4 but it can hit the same enemy up to two times, as long as there is at least one other suitable target to ricochet off.
Does 20% less damage with each bounce
This relic is one of the Unique Throw Relics, this means that if the player has guidance and tries to pick up a different unique throw relic it will drop guidance.

Notes
Upon hitting an enemy with a thrown attack, the pickaxe will then ricochet to up to 3 more nearby enemies. It can hit the same Enemy twice (needs at least one more Enemy in the room for this to bounce off of them). This only triggers on the initial arc of the throw—if you miss any enemies with that, but the throw connects as it returns to you, it will not trigger a ricochet.
If the pickaxe hits a Churchbell's shield, it CAN pass through and keep attacking inside and outside of the shield, and it counts as one of the hits before returning to the player.
If your pickaxe fails to hit its target, it will give up the chase and will return to the player after 10 seconds.
Guidance has priority over Throwing Star and will cause the pickaxe to ricochet instead of penetrating through enemies. However, you can still throw your pickaxe through walls.
