Notes

• Will electrify any water it stands on.
• Will hurt random enemies in the room.
• The chain lightning effect does not affect the player. Due to this it is not necessary to move away from the bomb further than a normal bomb blast radius.
• It is not compatible with other bomb Relics. Picking a different one will cause Lighting Bomb to drop to the ground.
• The electricity will not harm any unrevealed Mimics.
