Gecko's Other Foot is an upgrade in UnderMine.

It is purchased from Arkanos and replaces Gecko's Foot. It allows the player to pick up Basic Items, Thorium, and Gold with the thrown pickaxe. This does not let the player pick up Food or Potions with their ranged attack.
