Rogue's Ultimatum is a hex item in UnderMine.

It removes the Peasant's permanent upgrades for a run. This hex is for getting the achievements for defeating bosses without upgrades.

The upgrades that are disabled are displayed below, the hex doesn't disable the Glasses, Explorer's Boots or any of the Dibble's Emporium Upgrades
