Terminus is a hex item in UnderMine.
This hex was used in a WHIP competition put on by the developers near the release of the 1.2.0 update.
It was technically never added to the main branch of the game.
It is likely that the icon was intended to be used for a different purpose as the name of the icon is Nightmare Indestructible, which does not really have anything to do with the actual implementation.
