The Pilfer Loyalty Program is a program that the Peasant can join by talking to the Shop Keeper and paying 
1,200. Upon joining, a Pilfer sets up a Shop in the Hub, which allows the player to buy upgrades to the Shop Keeper's shop for Gold.
