Obfuscated Item is an Item in UnderMine.
This item only appears when the player has the hex 
Chaotic Offering active.
It is used as part of the hex to hide what the actual item is.
There are a couple of ways that can be used to get a general idea of what the item hidden by this text is:
- Determining the item based on shop cost in shops
- Determining the item based on the shoguul cost in shoguul's lair
- Determining whether its food by pushing it with the option consume food at full health de-active.
