Targon, The Bold is a character in UnderMine referenced only in lore.
They are known to be the person that severed Seer's Tail, creating the relic 
Salamander Tail.
Doing this also potentially created the curses 
Salamander's Wrath and 
Rain of Fire, as the event is mentioned in their descriptions.
Presumably Targon can be seen in this gylph on the walls of the Golden Core
