  • Slow Metabolism is also a disease in real life. Metabolism is the way of describing ones digesting speed of calories in his body cells. In this case Slow Metabolism means that the digesting speed of a potion will actually be slower. This can cause overweight and various other body issues, hence why it says: 'only be considered a blessing for a peasant'.
