Summoning Stone is an artifact item in UnderMine.
It is an artifact found at the end of every run to start the run anew.
This artifact ends the run when picked up and kills the Peasant in the process. All Gold collected during the run is kept and the difficulty of future runs is increased. When the summoning stone is obtained, a slider appears in the pause menu which adjusts the run's difficulty.
As of 1.0.0 there is a limit to the amount of Summoning Stones that the player can collect, it is 65536. In 0.7.1 (the update prior to this change) the maximum number of Summoning Stones that could be collected legitimately without crashing the game was 572662. At 572663ss the game would crash upon loading seer's boss fight (because seer had 15000hp at the time). More summoning stones could be collected on earlier versions however the process would not have involved killing all 5 mainline bosses.
in 1.2.0 the game does not scale the damage that Traps do to the player, this was different in at least one previous version of the game.
The formula that can be used for determining boss health for any given summoning stone(ss) level is: New Boss Health = Base Boss Health x (1 + 0.25 x ss)
The formula that can be used for determining normal enemy health and damage scaling for any given summoning stone(ss) level is: New Health = Base Health x (1 + 0.05 x ss)
