Description	Keeping cart rails clear with deadly force
These nefarious devices were first implemented to keep rats from building nests over mine cart tracks. They proved successful and their use was expanded to keep other areas clear of critters.

The Spinner is a mobile trap that runs back and forth on railroad tracks. If there is a break in the track it will reverse directions. It can damage items and push them into pits.

It can be destroyed by explosions.
