After Skortch's disappearance, Seer met with many challenges, including an adventurer that managed to sever her tail. Since then she has annihilated anything that has wandered into her lair at the heart of the world.

It drops from Seer, World's Heart on the last floor of Golden Core once she has been defeated for the first time. When unlocked it is embedded in the ancient and mysterious gate found in the back room of the hub.
