Powder Shortage is a major curse item in UnderMine.

Using a bomb consumes 2 bombs rather than 1. If you have a single Bomb you won't be able to use it. However, Sweaty Palms can still make you drop a bomb, even if you only have one.

• Prior to version 0.5, Powder Shortage reduced bomb damage to 1 and did not increase bomb cost.
