Matsutake is a mushroom character in UnderMine who can be encountered after accepting the Mushroom Quest from Beltrame.

After killing all enemies inside this room Matsutake will reward you with his eldest spawn Shiitake which is needed for Beltrame's Mushroom Quest.

Matsutake looks very similar to a fully grown version of the Tiny Mushrooms found in front of Wayland's cave in, and randomly in mushroom fields in goldmine.
