Land mines are an outlawed device and are banned from being deployed in battle. Not only were they a cruel weapon, they left large swaths of land unusable by farmers depriving the kingdom of valuable, fertile land. Many years ago the remaining devices were stored deep underground and forgotten.

Land Mines are found in the Goldmine and Shimmering Caverns.

They are invisible until activated, at which point they will prime themselves for a few seconds before exploding.

They can be viewed by drinking a Potion of True Sight or taking the Djinn on the run.

They are not affected by the player's bomb damage.

They can be dropped by the Goblin Engineer. A poisonous version (Poison Mine) is dropped by the Noxious Goblin.
