One of the occultist's many creations. These dolls' only purpose is to disable creatures. What the occultists do with these creatures is anyone's guess. The doll does technically have one other job, and that's to hold picture frames in place so that the occultist can judge if they're level.

The Hobble Doll is an enemy in UnderMine

It emanates a cone of "hypnotic beams" that will always face the direction of the player which cause the player to be hobbled.

While the doll is emitting is hypnotic beam it can not move, the best strategy is either to kill it or to get out of its range.
