Blighted Barb is an object in UnderMine.

The Blighted Barb will spawn in a pool of Poison, and can be attained by hitting the crystal with your pickaxe.

This item works similarly to Crippling Poison; ie it will have a chance to poison an enemy on hitting it. The only difference is that Blighted Barb operates on a timer when you hit the crystal.

It is part of the family of crystals Seertooth and Electrorock
