The pressure plates and arrow traps of the mines, dungeons, and even the halls were mostly put in place by the kingdom. Their original design was to discourage spelunking and tomb raiding. Of course, this made mining gold in the mines incredibly dangerous, but it was determined to be an acceptable risk. | |

Arrow Traps can be found on the walls of the room. In most cases it is linked to a pressure plate on the ground. Stepping on the plate activates the Dart and hits the first thing in its path. In some rooms it may be constantly active. Darts that go through a Torch will ignite and will set the peasant or an enemy on fire.
